Day 8 and 9 Clean eating and Health

Day 8

  • Breakfast- strawberry greek yogurt trader joe’s brand with almonds
  • Lunch- Which Wich- Whole wheat bread, avocado, tomato,provalone, light mayo,spinach and cranberries with bakes lay chips
  • Dinner- Edamame hummus with cherry tomatos, a few cashews, raisins with red wine

Day 9

  • Breakfast- whole wheat toast with sun butter
  • green bean, arugula salad with lemon vinaigrette and a strawberry cereal bar from trader joe’s

  • Dinner- pretzels, edamae hummus, asparagus and black berries
