Day6

  • Breakfast-English Muffin with 1/22 tablespoon of sunbutter
  • Lunch- Taco bell soft bean taco with Salsa and blue cron chips
  • Dinner- Basmati Rice, mixed stirfry veggies and veggie postickers

  • Breakfast-Whole Wheat Waffle with 1/2 tablespoon of subutter
  • Lunch- brown rye bread slices with edamame hummus and arugula with a pair and veggie straws
  •  Trader Joe’s soy chicken with mized green salad

Workouts

Yoga and Walk outside!
