Day 4 Clean Eating and health

Ok Day 4 yall!

 

  • Breakfast 1/2 blueberry bagel with 1/2 tablespoon of Sun butter
  • Lunch- Vegetarian chilli with two slices of Trader Joes Polenta
  • Snack- Trader Joes flax seed corns chips
  • Dinner- Trader Joes Sweet Potato gnocchi over arugula with less than 1oz of goat cheese, side of cooked green beans
