Day2 Healthy Clean Eating

Ok here is my Day2 Meals and exercise!

  • Breakfast-cvcxWhole wheat toast with Sun butter and Raspberry jelly
  • Lunch- Annie’s White cheddar Mac and Cheese ( not the most healthy) but I used Skimmed milk and no butter. I also had a small Salad with this with mixed dark greens and light greek yogurt ranch.
  • Dinner-White Veggie Chili with salad and three small sliced of polenta

My work out:

  • today was A long walk at a park near my house with my friend Britney.
